Sophia lives with her parents and her 3 siblings. Her father is skilled in masonry and finds jobs when he can. Her mother is an entrepreneur selling curtains from her home. They have a chicken project at home with 35 chickens which provides them with eggs. They own a 4 room house that has electricity but no running water.

 

Sophia was studying in a poor performing school and struggled with the long distance to school. She reached class 5 but her parents weren't happy with her grades so they decided to take her back to restart class 2 where she started performing at the top of her class. Sophia wants to be a nurse and she loves studying science.
